Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all ELLIATT designer tags and security seals still attached.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized shipping location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
